“I definitely find it ridiculous that a person’s destiny can be altered or directed by how man-made objects are arranged in his house.”
Less than a month to go, it will be Chinese New Year following the Lunar System of calendar. Feng Shui masters are at it again preying on people’s animistic superstitions and fear of inanimate objects that could bring good or bad luck “supposedly”!
I definitely find it ridiculous that a person’s destiny can be altered or directed by how man-made objects are arranged in his house. I also find it completely inconsistent that those people who believe in an all powerful deity also believe that an image of a frog with a coin in its mouth is as powerful as their deity in directing the future of their lives!
… Might as well also believe in Shamans and witch doctors if you rely on Feng Shui for luck!
I’ve been studied Feng Shui. 🙂 I think people’s life cannot be totally changed but can be improved if they believe in it. I helps or help not but it doesn’t hurt. 🙂

That’s one way of looking at it… As long as one doesn’t spend too much in believing on it. 🙂

I don’t believe it either though organization in the house makes better lives and thus a ‘lucky’ life.

I think the organization in the house was based on common sense instead of some “magical” experience. Whether or not it will be followed, “being lucky” has nothing to do with it. Hehehe!

Not much… Hehehe! Just want to point out that feng shui masters are just earning money out of baseless superstitions.
