I like taking photos while driving my way to the office and back home in Metro Manila, Philippines. Considering the high volume of traffic along one of the major roads in the Metro called EDSA, full stop on the road is normal, specially during rush hours.
And in such stops, I take pictures of buildings, the skies, any trees that I see, and almost anything that interests me.
I'm quite new in photography but is really having fun taking candid shots of people. I hope you will like my photos and do visit me in my blog... photoniompong.WordPress.com.
See you there! :)

The first time I had grilled tuna belly at Dampa I didn’t appreciate it. But my since my sister introduced us to adding soy sauce, lemon, plenty of minced ginger and a bit of sugar, we’ve had it often marinated and grilled that way.

Geez, that’s delicious… I can almost taste it the way you described the sauce! 🙂

It looks great. I’ve cooked raw tuna before but never like this – get the recipe!! Tell the chef I won’t snitch!

What was it coated with?

I think it was coated with a “special” sauce which the chef is not letting me know… 🙂

Looks delicious but the only tuna I have had comes out of a can. Can you tell the difference
