Why? Because of continuing heavy rains resulting to knee deep floods in most major roads in the Metro. The traffic is quite light today and I bet you… Government offices will also be suspended before lunch and malls will be full of government employees with government cars filling up the parking lots.
… There’s always a time to spend their “easy earned booties”… While we are still at work to “support” their lifestyle! It is really fun in the Philippines!
And this is just the beginning of the rainy season. No wonder I never thought of living in Manila although I lived in QC where there was no flooding.

I am in QC and there is no flood in our place. The only problem is in the other parts of metro manila that we have to pass going to the office. The solution: work at home! 🙂
