It’s past 1230PM here in Asia… It’s lunch time! While most of those countries in the West, it’s dinner time.
Regardless of the time zone we are in, eating has no boundaries and follows no time. We can eat anytime we want… And for my friends who love to eat, I have an eating habit I’d like to share. I like spicy and “super” hot dishes. And one of those things I like in my food is the “siling labuyo”.
Siling labuyo is a local chili pepper which is small but hot. It measures around 80,000-100,000 Scoville units which is at the lower end of the range for the hotter habanero chili. I usually have at least 3 pieces of it on my plate… The hotter the better! π
Ooh lovely close up, we use chillis a lot in cooking at home, love it π

a charming young man named Jojo
was full to the gills with mojo
but it took him a while
to recover his smile
after gorging on siling labuyo!
